Cancellation and refund policy:

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000), if you change your mind about attending this event you have the option to notify Insider Publishing Limited of your intention to cancel your booking within 7 days of purchase, in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty.

Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 21 business days of confirmation by our customer support team. At the time your refund is granted, we will invalidate your booking and any associated communications.

Cancellations submitted thereafter and up to 30 days prior to the event will incur a charge of 50% of a single ticket. Cancellations submitted after 30 days prior will not be refunded.

Payments must be received in full prior to the event or access to the conference will not be granted.

If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure no refund will be granted.
